Extendable Loading Platform:
Extendable loading platform with rear chamfer approx. 500 mm x 8°.

Two-Part Steel Ramps:
One pair of galvanized two-part steel ramps, approx. 2,750 + 1,400 x 900 mm, with Super Grip rubber coating.

Hydraulic lifting device, hydraulically moveable.
Maximum load per pair: 50,000 kg.
According to Regulation 1230/2012/EU, ramps with a length less than 300 mm in transport position do not need to be included in the vehicle length of 16,500 mm.

Axles:
BPW axles and suspension, 1st axle with steering, 2nd and 3rd axles fixed, 4th and 5th axles with trailing steering, air suspension, with lift/lower function, drum brakes.
Trailing steering axles with electromagnetically operated reverse lock, activatable via reverse gear or manually.
Technical axle load: 12,000 kg each.

Tyres:
Tyres 235/75 R 17.5 3PMSF – brand at our discretion.

TPMS:
TPMS tyre pressure monitoring system according to ECE R 141.
Data transmission to the truck occurs via the standardized EBS interface in accordance with ISO 11992.
To display data correctly, the truck must be capable of receiving and displaying such data.

Landing Legs:
JOST mechanical landing legs with 2-speed gearbox for approx. 24 t lifting capacity (approx. 50 t test load).

Braking System:
Wabco braking system as per EU regulations with EBS-E (4S3M) without connecting lines to the tractor unit.

Steel Construction:
Steel structure made of high-strength fine-grain steel.
Steel qualities: S355J2+N/S355MC (yield strength 355 MPa), S690QL/S700MC (yield strength 690 MPa)

Electrical System:
Electrical system as per EU regulations, 24-Volt ASPÖCK-NORDIK lighting (ASS3).
All LED side marker lights flash with indicator.
ASPÖCK-UNIBOX mounted on the front connection strip with 24N, 24S & 15-pin sockets.

Painting:

The entire steel structure is automatically shot-blasted after welding using a blasting wheel system. Second blasting treatment with corundum for optimum paint adhesion. HRM metallization of the entire vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc/15% aluminum) to ensure maximum corrosion protection. Final paintwork with two coats of 2K top coat, single-colored in RAL 3002 Carmine Red according to the RAL 841GL system. Rear section metallized and painted in RAL 9010 (Pure White).
