The entire steel structure is automatically shot-blasted after welding using a blasting wheel system. Second blasting treatment with corundum for optimum paint adhesion. HRM metallization of the entire vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc/15% aluminum) to ensure maximum corrosion protection. Final paintwork with two coats of 2K top coat, single-colored in RAL 3002 Carmine Red according to the RAL 841GL system. Rear section metallized and painted in RAL 9010 (Pure White).
Including the following additional equipment:
- 2 inch king pin
- One galvanized steel front wall, approx. 400 mm high
- Spare wheel holder in front of the front wall
- Yellow-red air couplings on the galvanized front connection strip
- Holder for a revolving beacon at the trailer rear
- Galvanized supports under the sloped section of the loading area
- Super Grip 25 rubber matting on the sloped section of the loading area
