Vario stanchion system
4 pairs recessed into the loading platform, telescopic, can be collapsed to 2,100 mm and extended to approx. 3,500 mm for loading. Stanchions lockable at any inner width from 2,100 mm to 3,000 mm in 100 mm increments; 4 pairs of divisible stanchions (600 mm + 1,200 mm), total height 1,800 mm, removable. For an inner stanchion width from approx. 2,350 mm, oversize width.
Vario front walls
Floor prepared for the insertion of 3 front walls. 4 x 5 pairs of vario stanchion pockets for insertable front walls (front and rear), and 1 x 3 pairs each centrally for rebar mesh transport of 2 x 5,000 mm or 2 x 6,000 mm
2 Vario front walls, each consisting of 1 pair of plug-in stanchions and 1 cross beam at the top, approx. 2,200 mm wide. Cross beams extendable by 220 mm on both sides, with lashing hole for securing. Vario front wall height approx. 1,900 mm, convertible to a height of 1,300 mm or 700 mm.

4 crosswise lashing/stanchion rails recessed into the floor across the entire width to the outer frame (max. usable inner width between external plug-in stanchions approx. 2,170 mm), approx. 100 mm high. With 20 mm round steel bars, top and bottom, distance from top to bottom approx. 60 mm (of the round steel). Lower edge completed by an angle plate, half open at the bottom. For lashing and inserting 80 x 80 mm stanchions.
Note: Stanchion pockets/plug-in stanchions are not designed for load securing of long goods, pipes, etc. without wrapping around.

SAF disc brake axles with 430 mm disc diameter
Axle/chassis laser alignment—to reduce tire wear and fuel consumption
