Hedpfx Aaegcw Rmsbofn
Design with continuous, reinforced chassis, newly constructed superstructure in self-supporting design with corresponding reinforcements in the lower chord for particularly high stability and strength. Crossmembers, 140 mm high, reinforced version (for high floor loads). Additional reinforcement as gusset plate in the front lower chord/vehicle frame area. Chassis made of galvanized steel up to the support structure (semitrailer construction max. 39,000 kg).
Axles and Suspension "Disc Brake 22.5"
Jost (DCA) axle assemblies, 3 x 9 tonnes with DCA air suspension, raise and lower function, Wabco Smartboard Info Center, electronic brake pad wear indicator readable in the tractor unit (display), first axle with starting aid (per new EC regulations, without tractor unit equipment), (optionally, the first and third axles can be lifted).
Tyres and Wheels
6 wheels with tyres size 385/65 R 22.5 by manufacturer choice (Br-Go-Co) on 11.75x22.5 ET 120 silver steel rims.
Landing Legs
Mechanical landing gear with two speeds, 2 x 20 t support load with swing foot.

Body / Tipping Body "Body fully welded inside"
Reinforced sidewalls: front wall load 17,250 dkn, side and rear walls 13,400/10,400 dkn. Aluminum tipping body, sidewalls made of 30 mm thick ALU plank profiles (2-3 mm), 600 mm wide, fully welded with top and bottom chords. Plank profiles fully welded inside. Floor designed as a moving floor system on 140 mm ALU crossmembers, with forklift load approx. 9 t/m²; crossmembers closely spaced (approx. 350 mm). ALU front wall with 600 mm plank profile, 2-3 mm thick, straight design. Special ALU corner profiles in beveled design. Smooth rear wall in straight design with 2 ALU swing doors, 50/30 mm thick, with 2 locking rods in welded ALU rear frame with Teflon and stainless steel bearings, doors secured when open by chain on each side. Hard wear plates on the sidewalls approx. 2,000 x 1,500 x 4 mm, fully welded. Moving bulkhead with Kevlar tarp approx. 1,800 mm length plus side Kevlar tarp sealing. Service door in front wall with inward folding ladder.
Hydraulics "Cargo Floor" Moving Floor System
Moving floor system in the bottom with hydraulically moved ALU profiles on ALU box sections with approx. 880 PE-HD sliding pads plus anti-lifting slide bearings. Type CF 10 mm floor version, hydraulics with approx. 200 mm stroke, fixed halves on the front wall, separate connection under the vehicle for hydraulic line with fixed halves, pipe size NW 21, fixed halves with size and type to be specified. Operating pressure 190 – max. 240 bar, ALU end pieces welded in the moving floor. Electric control at rear left with radio control integrated in a lockable, waterproof box, no hydraulic hoses included.

6 PVC mudguards with 2 anti-spray mudflaps, 6 PVC splash plates above the wheels, ALU spare wheel holder, side ALU underrun protection.
