Tipper body / Tipper trough, inner structure fully welded
Aluminium trough, side walls 30 mm thick plank profiles (2-3 mm), 600 mm wide, welded. Floor 8 mm thick, highly wear-resistant alloy (5383H34/HB 110). Front wall 4 mm reinforced, straight design. Rear wall as universal door, straight version with 2 hinged doors in 2/3-1/3 design with one grain chute, or alternatively 1/2-1/2 design possible, each with a grain chute. ALU round profile welded to seal the door gap at the rear doors (sides and bottom). Rear doors partially covered in smooth aluminium. Universal door operated pneumatically, can be locked with separate lever. Rear stanchion in aluminium, swing-out. Two hold-down devices with rubber buffers attached to the front wall for the tipper trough to frame.

Hydraulic system for the tipping cylinder with large cover
Hydraulic cylinder mounted on front wall, max working pressure 150 bar, make Edbro, approx. 2.5 m hydraulic hose and loose half 1", tipping angle approx. 48 degrees
