Fine-grained steel welded construction, fifth wheel plate with replaceable 2" kingpin, container locks: 1 x 20-foot central position (or swap body container 7.15 / 7.45 m), front fittings not retractable, longer version twistlocks for container securing. 24 t, double-speed landing gear, single-sided operation, straight support legs, without lateral compensation.
Wheel chocks with holders, side guard, underrun protection in aluminium, anti-spray mudflaps (EU-compliant), stainless steel (VA) drip tray with 1 1/4” drainage pipe + 1 1/4” shut-off valve, including drip shield, perforated tread plates approx. 400 mm wide, left & right between drip tray and main beams.

Hose racks: approx. 4,500 mm long (incl. hose box) for hose pipes, 2 x DN 200 externally + 2 x DN 160 centre position, rear hose box (VA stainless steel), 300 mm deep, splashproof, cover (VA) with rubber gasket all around, drain hole at the lowest point, after which the hose pipes are uncovered, stainless steel grounding terminal at rear right on the frame, with international grounding sticker, rear right access steps to underrun protection; outer main beam (rear right) with tread plate approx. 260 mm long x 300 mm wide.

Axles & Suspension:
SAF disc-braked axles, “axles/chassis laser-measured" to reduce tyre wear and fuel consumption, staggered axle spacings 1,410 / 1,310 mm (suitable for combined transport) for up to 44 t GCW.
Air suspension, 1st axle automatic lift axle including forced lowering and start aid, activated by “3x brake” (start aid active until axle load exceeds 30% or max. speed of 25 km/h).

Brake System:
2-line compressed air brake system, colour-marked lines for easier service. Spring-loaded parking brake. 2 non-interchangeable coupling heads at the front, no connecting line. EBS, electronic braking system with EBS socket at the front (no connection cable). Caution: This trailer may only be towed by tractor units that ensure the effectiveness of ABS! With raise & lower valve, vehicle stability control system.
Axle load detection via EBS CAN bus signal for display in the cab (truck must be pre-equipped, no truck installation included).

Wheels & Tyres:
385/65 R22.5, manufacturer at the supplier’s discretion, steel rims, factory silver.

Electrics:
24V system, multi-chamber tail lights, yellow LED side marker lights, 2 white position lights at the front, 2 white/red lane marker lights at the rear, 1 x 15-pin socket at the front, no connecting cable.

Operational Notes:
The stated gross vehicle weight is technically possible; depending on the cargo, the gross weight may not be achievable due to legal axle/spindle/kingpin load limits. (Poor handling and tracking possible due to incorrect load distribution.) This vehicle may only be loaded with 20' tank containers in accordance with ISO 668 and especially ISO 1496-3! Tank containers must have "end-load-transfer areas" (i.e., reinforced end transverse load transfer beams)!

Registration / Plates:
Warning sign according to ECE-70, ADR inspection as per 9.1.1.2 ADR, EX/II, EX/III, / registration certificate for vehicles transporting certain dangerous goods (ex B3) with warning sign at the rear, not valid for substances under UN 0331 and 0332 (explosives B-E), contour marking with reflective tape as per ECE R 048, white at sides, yellow at rear.
