Basic lightweight construction, fifth wheel plate with interchangeable 2" kingpin, patented curved front panel.
Folding underrun protection with spring assistance for easier operation.
Integrated mudguard holder, stone-repellent surface finish.
Axles & Suspension:
SAF disc brake axles with 430 mm disc diameter. Axles/chassis laser-aligned to reduce tire wear and fuel consumption.
Air suspension.
First axle: automatic lift axle with forced lowering and starting aid, activated by “3x braking” (starting aid functions up to a 30% axle load excess and max. speed of 25 km/h).
Braking System:
24V EBS (Electronic Braking System) with EBS socket at front, without connection cable, external test port for brake cylinder pressure at the EBS module, with raise & lower valve.
Paver brake, electrically controlled from the truck without truck modification. Automatic tipping lowering with shut-off valve.
Tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) per ECE R 141, display via tractor unit, connected through EBS, no truck installation required (prerequisite must be present in the truck; for base tires only).
Axle load detection via EBS CAN-bus signal for dashboard display; truck must be pre-equipped, no truck installation.

For the transport of salt, lime, etc., we recommend a tipping cylinder with a hard-chromed piston rod to prevent material-induced corrosion.
