The truck lift is a state-of-the-art multi-ram system with two lifting units, one of which is traversable. Delivered as a pre-assembled plug & play complete solution in an installation cassette, it is already tested, enabling quick and straightforward commissioning.

Construction and Safety
The telescopic lifting units feature extremely high bending and torsional stiffness in accordance with EN 1493, achieved by using innovative square SQUARE rams. The square rams are torsion-resistant and feature a durable, self-lubricating special nickel coating, which minimizes maintenance and extends service life. An internally positioned safety double-hydraulic cylinder system provides additional stability and protection. The whole ram guide is designed to be resistant and low-maintenance. Operational safety is ensured by two separate hydraulic circuits as well as electronic pressure and leak monitoring.

Operation and Control
The lift is operated via a mobile control unit with a touchscreen, which provides a clear display of all relevant data and information. Electronic synchronisation control ensures uniform vehicle lifting, regardless of the pick-up point. A signal light assists in safe raising and lowering. In the event of a power failure, a battery-powered emergency lowering feature is integrated.

Equipment and Flexibility
The platform is equipped with an extremely robust roller cover made of aluminum profile segments with a non-slip surface. This can be driven over with wheel loads up to 7,000 kg and has a width of 930 mm. The flexible plug-in pick-up system allows the accommodation of very wide and low vehicles. A CE-compliant pinching and shear position safety system provides additional protection.
