Paintwork:
- Complete steel structure automatically shot-blasted with wheel blasting machine after welding
- Second grit blasting with corundum for optimum coating adhesion
- HRM-metallisation of the entire vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc/15% aluminium) for optimum corrosion protection
- Final paint finish with 2 coats of 2K topcoat, solid colour in MB 7350 Novagrau
- Paint structure tested in salt spray test according to ISO 9227-NSS, cavity sealing with special wax
