O.ME.P.S silo trailer----Type: CM 35 (Horizontal Silo)

Axles and Suspension:
Disc brakes 22.5" SAF axle units, 3x 9t with air suspension, axle spacing 2 x 1310 mm, lifting and lowering valve; loading manometer on top of the tank; Wabco Smartboard and Wabco tire pressure monitoring system;
1st axle liftable without tractor unit connection, 3rd axle liftable with Wabco Optiturn.

Rims and Tires:
6 wheels with 385/65 R22.5 tires, manufacturer’s choice, mounted on Alcoa Ultra One aluminum rims, size 11.75x22.5 ET 120.

Brake System:
EBS 4S/2M WABCO compressed air braking system with RSS, in accordance with standard 98/12/CE - ECE R13/09; brake wear indicator connected.

Landing Gears:
Mechanical landing legs with two speed operation; 2x 20t static load with swiveling foot.

Electrical System:
All lighting in LED design. 24-volt electrical installation consisting of: one 15-pin socket mounted in front of the fifth wheel on the chassis frame, prescribed quantity of amber side marker lights, rear position lights, front marker lights, rear license plate lights. Lighting compliant with standards 97/28/CE-2007/35/CE. Two multifunction rear lights mounted at the pivot bearing on aluminum consoles, two rotating LED work lights, positioned left and right on top of the vessel, yellow warning beacon at rear at hose line height, 2x reverse lights on underrun bar, 2x reverse lights at landing legs (each can be deactivated at power console).

Tank Design:
Horizontal tank manufactured from aluminum alloy (AW5083 Peraluman 45 AlMg 4.5 Mn). Single-compartment tank with a 35,000-liter volume. Tank warranty: 24 months from delivery. King pin: 2” as per standard 94/20/CE.

Operating Parameters:
Pressure vessel as per Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/CE. Wall thickness approx. 5 mm; test pressure 3.0 bar, operating pressure 2.0 bar, operating temperature range -40°C to +80°C.

Filling Options:
3 manholes DN 450 with swing and folding dome covers. Dome covers each lock pressure-tight with 4 wing nuts, support bracket for dome lids on tank top, rain guard closed at front, open at rear.

Discharge System:
2 material discharge cones with synthetic fabric fluidizing inserts. Individual DN 100 steel discharge lines joined at rear, 2 pinch valves DN 100 AKO in lines, DN 100 final ball valve with ring nozzle, remote control for final ball valve and Storz A coupling at end of outlet line.

Air Piping:

One 2.5” stainless steel air manifold fitted on operator side (right). Air line routed forward up to silo end, with non-return valve and DN 65 connecting hose for compressor with Storz B coupling. Manifold fitted with ball valves for aeration, auxiliary air, and fluidization; aeration 2” at rear right; PRESSURE INLET AT REAR RIGHT; external air connection Storz C at rear right air manifold; pneumatic connection with blow gun and spiral hose on walkway near ladder; one vibrator on top of tank; air line at walkway center above for cleaning with blow gun; air line in toolbox below for cleaning with blow gun.

Ladder and Walkways:
