Chassis - Semi-Trailer, Haulage Spec:
Fine-grained steel welded lightweight construction, fifth wheel plate with replaceable 2" kingpin, coil well approx. 8,040 mm long, 6 coil supports (coil pockets internal dimensions 82 x 52 mm), coil well cover made with screen printing plates and steel cross beams, 2 slit band covers for coil well, each approx. 293 mm wide, net weight approx. 13 kg per cover, outer frame slightly sloped with "load-lock profile" for lashing strap attachment. Note: In order to attach the straps in connection with the side walls, the side walls must be opened! 9 pairs of lashing rings rated 5t each, recessed within the coil well area, 24t two-speed landing gear, single-sided operation, with straight base, without lateral compensation. Note: Free support foot corner dimension or free swing radius to the rear: approx. 1930 mm, without supports. Slide-out ladder at rear, side door retainer, 2 wheel chocks with holder, side underride protection aluminium, bracket mounted transverse to and on the longitudinal beam for supporting aluminium slats, underride guard aluminium, half-shell mudguards with EU anti-spray flaps, rear impact guard, 1 plastic toolbox, 2 pairs of stake pockets recessed in the outer frame, approx. 72 x 42 mm internal dimension, at position 1 and 2 as per old Fliegl stake data sheet, similar to AU 19219.

2 additional stake pockets recessed centrally in the floor, approx. 72 x 42 mm internal dimension, at position 1 and 2 per old Fliegl stake data sheet, similar to AU 192198. Note: Stake pockets/inset stakes are not designed as the sole means of securing long loads, pipes, etc. without wrapping.

Axles & Suspension:
SAF disc brake axles with 430 mm disc diameter, "axle/chassis laser-aligned" for reduced tire wear and fuel consumption, offset axle spacing 1410/1310 mm (intermodal transport), up to 44t gross combination weight, air suspension, no lift axle.
