Chassis
Chassis in aluminum, cranked (volume version -80 mm). Two fully automatically welded I-beam longitudinal members with welded cross members, chassis width 1,300 mm.

Axles and Suspension, Drum Brake
BPW axle units, drum brakes 3x9 t, with BPW air suspension; air bellows centrally positioned relative to the longitudinal chassis beam; lift axle with starting aid and manual forced lowering, raise-lower valve, parking brake.

Tyres and Wheels
6 wheels with tyres size 385/65 R 22.5 approx. 30-40% tread remaining, steel rims 11.75 x 22.5 ET 0, uni wheel bolts suitable for aluminum rims.

Kingpin
2" bolted into a 10 mm thick plate.

Landing Legs
Support winches, manufacturer Jost, with 2x20 t static load capacity, swivel feet used for air suspension.

Brake System
According to E.C. standards, two-line Wabco system, spring-loaded parking brake acting on two axles, with EBS-D system, Wabco, aluminum air tank system.

Electrical System
Conforms to STVZO guidelines, with 2 five-chamber lights, 24-volt system with 2x7-pin sockets, with side marker lights, 2 separate halogen reversing lights.

Tipping Body / Tipper Body Fully Welded Interior
Aluminum tipper body, side walls made from 30 mm thick plank profiles (2-3 mm), welded, width 600 mm; floor approx. 8 mm thick, highly wear-resistant alloy (5383H34/HB 110); front wall 4 mm, reinforced, straight design; rear wall configured as a universal door, straight design, with 2 wing doors (2/3–1/3 division) and a grain chute; aluminum round profile welded to side and lower edge of rear doors for sealing; rear doors partly smooth-paneled in aluminum; universal door operated automatically pneumatically, lockable with separate lever; rear bar, aluminum, foldable; two hold-downs with rubber buffers fixed between tipper body and front wall.

Hydraulics
Tipper cylinder renewed in 2023, hydraulic cylinder mounted at the front wall with approx. 150 bar working pressure, manufacturer Edbro 150 bar, with approx. 2.5 m hydraulic hose and loose half 1".

Accessories
6 Parlok mudguards, full-width spray flaps mounted on underrun guard, aluminum spare wheel holder, foldable side underrun protection on the right, large toolbox type 860, approx. 3 m aluminum ladder, 3 aluminum swing hoops, raised by approx. 150 mm at the center, additional centrally mounted canopy holder to position up to two canopy bows for increased loading width, rolling tarpaulin with central light strip and separate reinforcements at wear points, approx. 660 g/m² quality with rolling tarpaulin system, all-around elastic cord at rear edge of tarpaulin with two hooks to secure to rear hoop, walkway along chassis in chassis color with steps on both sides, side tarpaulin lock with tensioning straps, rear tarpaulin closure by aluminum cover plate and rolling tarpaulin at rear with welded elastic cord to prevent water ingress, heavy-duty foldable aluminum underrun guard with towing eyes left, aluminum grain hopper with sack at the frame right, 2 wheel chocks including holders, etc.
