For sale is a Scania G420 LB6x2 refrigerated box truck (year of manufacture 2012) in used, condition appropriate for its age. The truck is operational and still in daily use, driving well and reliably. The vehicle has only operated in Austria.

Equipped with a refrigerated body (Carrier Supra 850), double-decker body (2 levels for optimal cargo space utilization), tail lift (Zepro), trailer hitch, and manual gearbox. The gross vehicle weight is 26 t, and the loading area is approx. 7.5 m. Additionally, a new digital tachograph version 4.1 is installed, which has been mandatory for cross-border transport since 2024.

Extensive maintenance has been carried out in recent years, including regular engine oil and filter changes (including fuel and air filters), turbocharger replacement, new clutch including slave cylinder, brakes (discs and pads) replaced multiple times, brake cylinders and spring brake actuators replaced, work on drive and lift axles (including tie rods, bearings, axle components), shock absorbers replaced, exhaust system (flex pipe and silencer) replaced, and various other wear and suspension parts renewed. An original Scania invoice for steering/lift axle repairs is available.

Known defects:
The vehicle shows age-related rust spots (e.g., battery box rusted, air tank with slight rust – may need replacement in the medium term). The trailer hitch is seized as it was never used.
The refrigeration unit has been non-functional for a few days – likely a fuse or relay issue. Repair can be carried out on request or considered in the price.
