We are offering brand new roll-off flatbeds with steel side walls, manufactured in-house, for sale.

The flatbed includes the following features:

- Manufactured according to DIN 30722-1
- Mounting bracket with 50mm diameter
- Hook height: 1570mm
- Usable body dimensions: 6,000mm x 2,420mm x 800mm
- 2x galvanized ladder rungs
- 5mm S-235 floor plate
- Plates and profiles welded continuously
- Each side with spring-assisted steel side walls, 3mm S-235 steel thickness
- 7x side panel hinges per side for enhanced performance
- Drivable and spring-assisted tailgate (4.5t point load!)
- Side walls, tailgate, and rear posts can be quickly and completely removed if needed
- External rollers greasable and replaceable
- 5 pairs of recessed lashing rings, each with a tensile force of 2.5t, variably positionable in multi-lock rails
- 2x front lashing rings, each with a tensile force of 7t
- All steel parts are automatically shot-blasted prior to processing!
- Only Thyssen Krupp steels used, including certification
- Primed with premium 2-component zinc phosphate primer
- Painted with high-quality 2-component paint in RAL 7016
- Warning markings according to §32 (1) StVO & DIN 67520
