The trailer is fundamentally in good condition and ready for use. A small welding job is required on the tailgate to ensure it closes 100% again. Otherwise, everything functions flawlessly.

Chassis Semi-trailer / Tipper
The chassis is a fine-grain steel welded construction in a lightweight design, with a fifth wheel plate featuring a replaceable 2" kingpin; curved front panel, 24 t two-speed landing gear, single-sided operation, with straight lower part, without force equalization. Folding underrun protection, half-shell mudguards, tarpaulin rod with mount, rear towing hook.

Axles + Suspension
SAF disc brake axles with 430 mm disc diameter. First axle with automatic lift axle, including forced lowering and starting aid.

Braking system
2-line compressed air braking system for easy servicing. Spring-loaded parking brake. 2 non-interchangeable coupling heads at the front, without connecting line. EBS, electronic braking system with EBS socket at the front, without connection cable, vehicle driving stability system. Automatic tipper lowering with shut-off valve.

Electrics
24 Volt, multi-chamber tail lights, yellow LED side marker lights. 2 white position lights at the front. 2 white/red lane marker lights at the rear. 2x 7-pin and 1x 15-pin non-interchangeable sockets at the front, without connecting cable. Additional LED work light at the rear, controlled via reversing light.

Hydraulics
Low-pressure cylinder max. 170 bar, with HDK screw coupling, fixed part NW 48 mm (without hose connection). Hydraulic operation via truck PTO. Hydraulic connection with hose and HDK screw connector NW= 48mm knurled nut.

Body
Round steel tipping body in "bathtub design" made of highly wear-resistant HB 400/450 steel. Slanted front wall with external hydraulic cylinder mounting. Interior with access ladder at the front wall. Greenline, conical and aerodynamic body design. Shovel and broom holders outside at the front wall. "Membrane" tailgate. Tailgate is pendulum-mounted and divided with a two-winged door, split 1/2 to 1/2, without swing arm, with one grain chute per door. Tailgate with rubber seal. Continuous 4 mm thick side walls, floor 4/5 mm. Standing platform with access steps. No cladding. ISO body roll tarp stored on right side in driving direction, with central locking on left side in driving direction.
