Chassis, Z-Frame (lowered chassis) – Volume version (approx. -80 mm)
Made of aluminium from high-grade ALU-MG-silicon alloy, two fully-automated welded I-beam longitudinals with welded cross members.
Chassis width: 1,600 mm!

Axles and Suspension
SAF axle units 22.5", 3 x 9 t axles with SAF air suspension, first axle lift with start-assist and electric control (switch already present in tractor unit), raise/lower valve for air suspension, Wabco Smartboard, brake wear indicator displayed in the tractor unit, wheelbase optimised for improved tracking.

Tyres and Wheels
6 wheels with 385/65 R 22.5 tyres approx. 50-60% on steel rims, silver, offset 120, 11.75 x 22.5.

King Pin
2" bolted into an 8 mm thick plate.

Landing Legs
Support winders, with 2 x 20 t static load, swing feet used for air suspension.

Brake System
According to ECE regulations, dual-circuit Wabco system, spring brake actuators on two axles and EBS E-system by Wabco with RSS (Roll Stability Support) and premium modulator, ALU air tanks.

Electrical System
According to StVZO guidelines, with 2 x 3 Aspöck Europoint III three-chamber lamps, 24V system with 2 x 3 LED tail lights with side LED outline markers, 2 LED reversing lamps at rear, 2 LED work lamps inside the body (externally switchable), 4 red LEDs in the rear door frame—all air and electrical lines neatly routed in plastic conduit!

Tipper Body/Tub
Body fully welded inside, aluminium tub, side walls 30 mm/600 mm plank profiles (3 mm inside, 2 mm outside), floor 6 mm reinforced, wear-resistant (5383H34-HB110) and 90-degree profile, front wall 4 mm straight with internal access ladder, rear wall as universal door, straight design, 2-wing doors 1/3-2/3 split, with 1 grain chute, universal rear door operated automatically/pneumatically, can be locked by separate lever, central locking with 4 catches, double hinge suspension, doors partially clad with smooth aluminium, swingable aluminium rear portal, two hold-downs with rubber buffers at the front bulkhead, round aluminium profile for additional sealing of doors, right-hand door opens first.

Hydraulic System (Large Envelope)
Hydraulic cylinder mounted at front wall, operating pressure 150 bar, brand Edbro, approx. 2.5 m hydraulic hose with Edbro 1" quick-release.
