Loading platform:

- First-class and durable corrosion protection of the standard shot-blasted welded frame, ensured by 2-component (2K) zinc dust primer
- High-quality single-color 2-component (2K) top coat in Nova Grey
- Rear section metallized and painted in RAL 9010 (Pure White)

Axles and tires:
- BPW axles, air suspension, with disc brakes (377 mm), with lifting/lowering function
- The trailing steering axles can be activated with electromagnetic reversing lock via reverse gear or manually
- Axle tools
- Tires: 435/50 R 19.5
- Tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS)

Accessories included:
- Yellow-red air couplings on the galvanized connection rail at the front
- 4 wheel chocks with holders
- 2" kingpin
- Galvanized steel front wall approx. 1,600 mm high with extension up to 2,200 mm
- White reflective tape in accordance with EU regulations on the sides, on the extension, and at the rear in red

- European reflector plates (Red-Yellow) at the rear of the trailer

- On the gooseneck and rear panel, left and right, each with a bracket for warning signs including socket
- A toolbox (HDPE, 620x360x610 mm) under the loading platform on the left in direction of travel
- 4 pairs of WADER container lock pockets in the platform for 1x 20ft or 1x 40ft container; on the extension, an additional locking position is provided for a 45ft container
- 3 pairs of crosswise installed pocket strips in the platform for 100 x 50 mm stakes
- Lift axle on the front axle with control via TEBS E according to current axle load and loading condition
- Speed stickers 80 km/h at the rear and on both sides
- Four warning plates, extendable by approx. 400 mm (approx. 423 x 423 mm), each with an LED position light. Mounting bracket for rotating beacon on the warning plates
- Load gauge for determining axle loads, including load diagram
- HRM metallization (High Resistance Metallisation) of the outer frame
- Complete steel construction shot-blasted; afterwards, defined visible surfaces hot-finished with metallization using ZINACOR 850 (Zinc 85% - Alu 15%)
- Continuous galvanized storage box at the rear for storing loading ramps or steel stakes
