Frame: Standard ladder-type frame in lightweight steel construction with through-bolted crossmembers; pre-cambered chassis frame; coupling plate approx. 8 mm thick with a 2-inch kingpin according to DIN 74080 / ISO 337.

Running Gear: For indivisible loads, an increased permissible gross train weight is allowed. Axle lift system on axle 1; fully automatic, load-dependent control. Manufacturer: at customer’s choice Kögel. Three-axle assembly with disc brakes (approx. 430 mm diameter, approx. 120 mm offset). Air suspension with approx. 180 mm stroke.

Vehicle Tyres: Wheels equipped with internal sensors according to UN ECE R141. 6 tires: 385/65 R 22.5 UNIROYAL TH 50. 6 steel rims, size 22.5 x 11.75, offset approx. 120 mm (ET 120).

Chassis Attachments: Landing legs (brand at Kögel's choice), mechanically operated with compensation foot, approx. 24 t lifting capacity. Single-sided operation on the right in the direction of travel. Splash guard system (spray suppression) according to Regulation (EU) No. 109/2011. 1 pair of quarter-circle mudguards in front of the axles. 1 pair of straight mudguards with splash flaps between axle 1 and 2. 1 pair of quarter-circle mudguards with splash flaps behind the axles. 2 wheel chocks with holders. Side underrun protection according to ECE-R73. 2 waterproof plastic toolboxes, interior dimensions approx. 545 x 400 x 400 mm (installed at the rear, one left and one right). Rear access ladder, extendable, on the right. High, rigid rear underrun guard made of steel, compliant with ECE-R58. Each: 1 pair of extendable warning panels for oversize loads, retroreflective red/white, with LED lighting, spiral cable, and connector—mounted at the front and rear of the vehicle.

Brake / Air Suspension System: 32110.057 EBS system 2S/2M with stability program (includes ABS/ALB function), EBS connector ISO 7638 (without connecting lines), parking brake as spring-loaded brake, external pneumatic connections and external EBS diagnostic connection via ISO 7638 plug. EBS system (manufacturer at Kögel's choice). Air suspension system incl. 1 lift and lower valve, mounted left behind the axle unit, driving position automatically adjusts. 2 non-interchangeable coupling heads at the front (ISO 1728). Air tanks for brake system and air supply made of steel (EN 286-2).

Floor: Approx. 30 mm thick plank floor. Floor circumferentially sealed. Stake pockets for square tube insertable stakes approx. 80 x 80 mm, positioned as per drawing J9: 8 stake pocket rails (18 stake pockets per rail: 4 external, 10 central).

Front Wall: Stowage for max. 14 square tube insertable stakes approx. 80 x 80 mm (length approx. 1,990 mm) on the inside of the front wall. Front wall approx. 2,000 mm high with steel volume corner posts, profiled steel sheet, screwed/riveted to frame. 2 pairs of lashing points (permissible lashing force approx. 1,000 kg per ring) at the front wall according to EN 12640.

Side Wall: VarioFix steel perforated outer frame. 24 pairs of lashing rings in the outer frame (to EN 12640), permissible tensile force approx. 5,000 kg per ring.

Bumper Protection: 1 pair of steel bumper pads (approx. 160x85x85mm) mounted on the external end plate of the frame. Crosswise galvanized steel angle as forklift protection and closure cam protection in the center, mounted on the frame end plate.

Electrics / Electronics: Lamp bracket made of steel, located above the underrun protection. KÖGEL LUXIMA Premium package. 2 multiple-chamber tail ligh
