BPW/SAF axle assemblies 3 x 9 t with air suspension; air bellows centrally positioned along the chassis longitudinal beams; lift axle with start assist, load pressure gauge, raise-lower valve.

Tyres and Wheels
6 wheels with tyres size 385/65 R 22.5, approx. 30–50% tread remaining; 11.75 x 22.5 ET 0 aluminium rims.

King Pin
2" – bolted into a 10 mm thick plate.

Landing Legs
Mechanical version with single-side operation, 2-speed.
For air suspension we use Jost Modul.

Brake System
According to E.G. standard; two-line Wabco system; spring-loaded parking brake on two axles; Wabco EBS-D system; ALU air tank.

Electrical System
According to StVZO guidelines, with two five-chamber lamps by Aspöck; 24 Volt system with a second socket for special operations; tail lights in LED version; 3x separate reverse lights.

Tipping Body / Tipper Body
Aluminium tipper body; side walls of 30 mm thick plank profiles (2–3 mm) fully welded; approx. 8 mm thick wear-resistant alloy floor; 4 mm reinforced straight front wall; rear wall is a pendulum tailgate with LL-seal in slanted design with a central grain slider; pendulum tailgate with pneumatic operation; upper mounted doors; fold-down side walls on the left and removable extension board at the rear.

Hydraulics – Tipping Cylinder is new
Hydraulic cylinder mounted on the front wall; operating pressure 135 bar; brand: Edbro 18, with approx. 2 m hose and loose 1" half connector.

Accessories
6 PVC mudguards; spare wheel bracket; side underrun protection; toolbox; 3 m aluminium ladder; aluminium swing bar tarpaulin with rolling system and catwalk on the body; side tarpaulin closure with tension belts; 2 aluminium swing bars; foldable aluminium underrun guard; separate discharge spout with side-mount tarpaulin sack holder on the frame; holders for shovel, broom and scraper, etc.
