Axles and Suspension "Disc Brakes 22.5"
Jost axle assemblies 3 x 9 tonnes with DC air suspension, Wabco Smartboard, electronic brake wear indicator (BVA) for display in the tractor unit (without tractor unit equipment), 1st and 3rd axle separately liftable with traction aid (without tractor unit equipment), 3rd axle additionally with Optiturn, ECAS air suspension.

Tyres and Wheels
6 wheels with tyres size 385/65 R 22.5 approx. 50% tread remaining, mounted on Alcoa aluminum rims, satin finish, 11.75x22.5 ET120.

Landing Gear
Aluminum drop-leg landing gears, manufacturer Alu Leg, with 2 x 10 ton static load, for air suspension we use swivel feet.

Brake System
According to E.G. standards, dual-circuit braking system, Wabco EBS E system with RSS (Roll Stability Support), spring-actuated parking brake on two axles operated from the rear, aluminum air reservoir system, premium modulator.

Electrical System
According to STVZO regulations, with 2 LED five-chamber tail lamps type Aspöck Europoint III integrated into the aluminum rear closure, 24 Volt system with 1x 15-pin and 2x 7-pin sockets, with side LED marker lights, 2 separate LED work lights at the rear, 2 LED work lights at the side at landing gear height, 1 LED work light inside at front left, operable from outside.

Body/Tipper Body "Body inside fully welded"
Front wall load 17,250 dkn, rear and side walls 10,250/13,400 dkn, aluminum tipper body, side walls made of 30 mm strong aluminum plank profiles (2-3 mm), 600 mm wide, continuously welded with top and bottom chords. Plank profiles inside fully welded!! Floor as a moving floor system installed on 140 mm aluminum crossmembers, crossmembers closely spaced (approx. 350 mm), aluminum front wall with 600 mm plank profile, 2-3 mm thick, straight design. Special aluminum corner profiles in beveled design, smooth rear wall, straight design with 2 aluminum swing doors 50/30 mm thick with 4 turning bar locks, welded aluminum rear frame, mounted in Teflon and stainless steel bearings, moving wall suspended in reinforced aluminum top chord, with "Kevlar tarp" for complete emptying, side brush sealing and additional Kevlar tarp, integrated grain hopper with cover plate, operable from outside with observation window at rear left, 2 sampling slides in the rear doors.

Hydraulic System "Cargo Floor" 24 board system
Moving floor system in the floor with hydraulically operated aluminum profiles on aluminum square sections with approx. 880 PE-HD sliding guides, approx. 6 mm smooth floor, hydraulics with approx. 200 mm working stroke, fixed halves at the front wall, separate option for connecting the hydraulic line under the vehicle with fixed halves, pipe size NW 21, fixed halves to be specified, working pressure 190–max. 240 bar, aluminum end pieces welded in the floor, operation rear left with remote control in a lockable waterproof box, without hydraulic hoses.
