Chassis and Attachments

Air suspension axle assembly with low-maintenance axles, 3 x 9 t rigid, wheelbase 2 x 1,310 mm with 430 mm disc brakes, air suspension with lift and lower function.

Brake System
EBS system 2S/2M, 2-line compressed air brake system, spring-loaded parking brake, without connecting cables and hoses to the truck.

Internal platform dimensions approx. 13,650/2,480 mm or approx. 2,300 mm between top running rails and center pillars, total width approx. 2,550 mm, total height unladen approx. 4,000-4,050 mm, internal loading height approx. 2,730-2,780 mm or side loading height under running rail and portal loading height approx. 2,670 mm at/above fifth wheel height 1,150 mm (other fifth wheel heights result in proportional change in total height, but not in internal loading height). Loading height = approx. 125 mm above fifth wheel height, HD anti-slip coated plywood floor, plywood approx. 30 mm with omega inlay on 8 longitudinal crossmembers for very high point load capacity, flush with the outer frame, 13 pairs of recessed lashing rings according to UVV regulations. Vario Fix steel outer frame, 2 pairs of lashing rings at rear corner stanchions for diagonal bracing.

Sidewalls
Fixed aluminum hollow profile front wall at roof height. Rear with full-length double doors across entire loading height, each with 2 internal locking rods and Sea-Lok seal, both sides with PVC sliding curtains with welded horizontal and vertical belt reinforcements including lower fastening straps with hooks and stainless steel tension locks as well as front and rear locking rods, front with tensioning gear.

Pillars and Stanchions
2 fixed front corner pillars at roof height, slightly protruding laterally, 6 center pillars at approx. roof height, foldable or movable along entire platform length, rear bolted steel portal for double doors, upper crossbeam with Edscha sliding roof forward moveable. 3 rows of 25 mm slat pockets, 1st pocket row at the very bottom 460 mm then three times 100 mm, intermediate distances approx. 160/450/450 mm without slats.

Tarp Frame
Sliding tarp frame, movable forward, retracted in the cargo area, no slope, with vertical and horizontal guide rollers = tilt-free, both sides with special aluminum running rail profile for sliding curtains and stanchions, construction height approx. 100 mm or approx. 120 mm with upward curved PVC sealing lip, PVC tarp roof, without customs closure but with customs rope.

Electrical Equipment
24-volt system according to StVZO regulations with 2 taillights mounted on underrun protection, without connecting cable for truck, LED lighting on the sides and reverse spotlight.
