It must be noted that when filling the tank, the density of the material being suctioned must always be considered and compliance with the maximum permissible axle loads for the vehicle (i.e., permitted gross vehicle weight) must always be ensured. No liability is accepted for vehicle overloading.

Hinged as a cleaning opening, located at the lowest point in the elliptical bottom, firmly welded with clamping screws.

Tank content indicator for sludge chamber:
The fill level is displayed via a covered, large sight glass DN 80, mounted front right behind the cab.
With cleaning connection Storz B-coupling at top and bottom,
Manual shut-off valve at the bottom of the pipe,
Protective cover made of aluminum in front of the pipe with scale markings.
Scale marking every 500 liters as a line marking on the mounted protective cover.

Emptying the sludge chamber is carried out by gravity discharge or by discharging the sludge using pressurization from the tractor vehicle's VAK pump.

Pipework and fittings:

Are dimensioned in DN 80 and laid stress-free using hose sleeves.

For over-suction protection, the following is provided:

A suction dome on top of the tank with a PVC ball as an overfill preventer.
Additionally installed:
Type-approved safety valve

Lower suction and discharge connection:
Welded to the lowest point of the manhole with external shut-off device, a DN 80 quick-closing valve operated manually and Perrot V-coupling with
blind cap DN 80,
Vent ball valve 1/2" approx. 60° upwards between valve DN 80 and Perrot coupling.

Over-suction connection:
Perrot V-component DN 80, mounted on the front bottom flap

Trailer suction connection:
Perrot V-component DN 80, mounted on the front at the lowest point of the front bottom flap
