DAF XF AT-Boretec HS Bentonit-Misch-Recyclingsystem

DAF XF480 AT-Boretec HS2, approx. 1,900 operating hours, well-maintained, last inspection at 1,760 operating hours. The System Truck HS2 is a bentonite mixing and recycling system designed for use in complex drilling projects. Thanks to the 45 kVA generator, the HS2 provides a powerful and reliable solution. The system is equipped with ten hydrocyclones and three centrifugal pumps, each with a power rating of 7.5 kW, enabling efficient processing and conveyance of drilling fluids. The shaker features three double-deck flat screen decks with six screens in total, ensuring effective screening and cleaning. The total tank volume is 12,000 liters, distributed across three tanks, offering a large capacity for drilling fluids. Additionally, the HS2 features a freshwater tank with a capacity of 1,100 liters. The HS2 system truck is integrated in a BDF container body, providing maximum flexibility and mobility for use at various locations. The HS2 system truck offers a 4,000-liter larger tank volume, resulting in a total capacity of 12,000 liters.

The most proven all-rounder with a total tank volume of 12 m³ (5 + 5 + 2), sold over 200 times since 2015 and continuously optimized for success in the field. Ideally designed for drills with a capacity class of 15–25 t. The 3 KSB centrifugal pumps, each delivering 1,100 l/min at 7.5 kW, are powered by an underfloor mounted 50 kVA generator.
