DAF XF AT-Boretec HS Bentonit-Misch-Recyclingsystem

DAF XF480 AT-Boretec HS2, approx. 1,900 operating hours, last inspection at 1,760 operating hours. The system truck HS2 is a bentonite mixing and recycling system designed for deployment in complex drilling projects. Thanks to its integrated 45 kVA generator, the HS2 provides a powerful and reliable solution. The system features ten hydrocyclones and three centrifugal pumps, each with 7.5 kW of power, enabling efficient processing and conveying of drilling fluids. The shaker is equipped with three double-deck flat screen decks with six screens for thorough sieving and cleaning. The total tank capacity is 12,000 liters, split into three tanks, offering large holding capacity for drilling fluids. Additionally, the HS2 is fitted with a 1,100-liter freshwater tank. The HS2 system truck is housed in a BDF container structure, delivering maximum flexibility and mobility for use across multiple worksites. Uniquely, this HS2 version features an expanded tank volume—by 4,000 liters—for a total capacity of 12,000 liters.

The most proven all-rounder with a total tank volume of 12 m³ (5 + 5 + 2), sold over 200 times since 2015 and continuously improved for reliable field operation. Ideally configured for drilling rigs in the 15–25 t performance class. Its three KSB centrifugal pumps, each delivering 1,100 l/min (7.5 kW), are powered by a 50 kVA underfloor generator.

Maximum cleaning performance up to 150 m³/day or 15 m³/h.

Centrifuge option: Suitable for drilling rigs with small bentonite high-pressure quick-run pumps to significantly extend equipment service intervals. 10 hydrocyclones for fine particle separation with 2.2 bar pressure.

Mixing and recycling system in ISO container configuration.

Can also be used as a full-fledged permanent mixing plant with 2 × 5 m³ working tanks. Tare weight varies by chassis, typically approx. 17 t due to high-quality lightweight construction.

Mounted on a 3-axle, 26 t chassis.
