This listing includes the living superstructure featuring GRP (fiberglass-reinforced plastic) exterior and interior corner sections, as well as stainless steel corner reinforcements. Profiles are fully bonded using 2-component PU adhesive.

Wall and Roof Construction
Walls and roof made from 60 mm thick GRP sandwich panels. These consist of a 3 mm exterior layer, fabric-reinforced, and a 2 mm interior layer made from fiberglass-reinforced, unsaturated polyester. The sandwich panel achieves its strength and superior insulation properties thanks to a closed-cell polyurethane (PU) rigid foam core. The core density is 50 kg per cubic meter. The thermal conductivity coefficient (K-value) is 0.44 W/m²K (outer cabin wall).

Floor Panel Construction
From outside to inside: 2 mm GRP top layer, 70 mm PU foam core with 6 transverse steel tubes, 12 mm thick waterproof bonded plywood with 1 mm GRP coating. The crosswise steel tubes are made from 70x70x3 mm box section with welded-in 60x8 mm flat steel strips to accommodate threads for the floor assembly.
