This is the newer SLT 56 model with Deutz V12 turbo diesel engine (most powerful version), air-cooled, and equipped with ZF WSK 500 S 16 split ZF manual transmission / all-wheel drive gearbox, split shifting & starting converter.
2 large recovery winches, each with 18.7 tons pulling capacity and hydraulic rear cable payout. Recovery winch preparation for the tractor unit (pre-equipped). Of the 4 axles, 3 are driven (8x6), differential locks on the axles, center differential lock, low range.
Automatic NATO hitch with two-circuit compressed air braking system.
Weight: 22.8 tons, height: 3.1 m, length: 8.8 m, width: 3.07 m. Width can be reduced to under 3.0 m by converting to chamber system.

Last major F4 service/inspection by Bundeswehr in April 2023 with all axle and gearbox oils changed.
All 8 tires are as new (Michelin, production date 06/2021).
