Description:
The tandem plywood box trailer impresses with well-designed details and versatile application options.
The chassis and running gear are made of hot-dip galvanized steel, ensuring a long service life for the plywood box series.
The body is made entirely of 15 mm multi-layer plywood with a special plastic coating, which can optionally be laminated with your company's advertising for an extra charge.
For improved visibility, an interior light is installed.
All plywood box trailers are equipped with hinges and lockable rotary bar locks made of galvanized steel.
Plastic seals are fitted to the doors, allowing your goods to be transported protected from water ingress.
Aluminum reinforcements on the roof area and at the bottom of the front panel provide Humbaur’s plywood boxes with exceptional stability.
The floor consists of specially bonded, waterproofed plywood with anti-slip phenolic resin coating, 15 mm thick.
The integrated lateral lashing system is fitted into the anodized side frame profiles. Each lashing point offers a tested lashing capacity of 400 kg and is certified by Dekra. The system can be further expanded if required, providing plenty of options for securing cargo.
Edge profiles, a torsionally rigid rear portal, and rain gutters are made of anodized aluminum, offering maximum protection against corrosion.
