- Constructed using panel assembly, panel width 1,145 mm
- Base frame made of 3 mm steel profiles
Welded ISO container corners, dimensions compliant with ISO standards
- Corner posts made of cold-rolled steel profile, at least 3 mm thick, insulated with mineral wool on the inside
- Floor: 100 mm mineral wool, vapor barrier PE film 0.2 mm, 3/4 mm steel checker plate, painted RAL 7016 anthracite grey
Floor load capacity: 2.5 kN/m²
- Roof frame: 3 mm cold-formed, welded steel profile
- Roof: 0.50 mm galvanized sheet metal, 120 mm mineral wool, U-value: 0.36 W/m²K, vapor barrier PE film 0.2 mm. Drainage via flexible outlets in the corner posts; coated 10 mm white chipboard. Roof load capacity: 1.5 kN/m² (local snow load to be provided by the customer)
- Exterior walls: 50 mm PU panels, exterior/exterior micro-ribbed sheet / smooth interior, U-value: 0.42 W/m²K
- Paintwork: steel components such as base and roof frame, and columns painted in RAL 7016; exterior panels RAL 7016 anthracite grey, interior RAL 9002
- Includes roller shutter door (on front side)

- 1 x steel door RAL 7016 anthracite grey, insulated, clear opening (W/H) 820x2000 mm, complete with lever handle set and cylinder lock with 3 keys (at the rear)
- 1 x PVC tilt/turn window RAL 7016 with external roller shutter, white frame, Uw-value 1.6 W/m²K (at the rear)
- 1 x glass wall with glazing (frame outside RAL 7016, inside RAL 9002) on the container’s long side

- 1 x supply/distribution with CEE connection, 380 V / 32A / 5-pin, recessed in upper cross frame

- 1 x 2 kW wall-mounted convector heater
