Machine designed for concrete pile drilling, soil improvement, and vibroflotation. Base carrier Sennebogen SR25BT (year 2008) with Delmag RH18 leader attachment (year 2009). Drilling table stroke 12.50m, total height 19.91m. Outreach 3.165 – 4.00m. Includes crowd winch, free-running supply winch, auxiliary winch, and rear platform. Drill table SHT25. THE KDK ROTARY DRILL HEAD BT180-2 IS NOT INCLUDED – THIS IS A PURE SOIL IMPROVEMENT UNIT. Drilling gearbox MBDA 3500 ABI. Comes with single auger. NO Kelly bar. Mast support cylinders, automatic alignment. Hydraulic telescopic undercarriage, adjustable from 3.0m to 4.40m width. The CAT C9 engine was overhauled in 2015 at 3,304 operating hours by CAT. Augers and drill accessories available separately. Also available: mobile mixing station (manufacturer: MAT), consisting of mixing tank (capacity 20m³/h), feed screw, agitator tank (capacity 4,000l), and plunger pump with remote control. The condition of the machine reflects the operating hours. At inspection in 2023, the machine ran and functioned without abnormalities. As of October 2024, storage-related wear has developed on valves, controls, and hydraulic hoses. It is not possible to operate the machine with two attachments simultaneously. The machine shows wear on pins and bushings, and general signs of use (dents, scrapes, etc.) appropriate to age, hours, and intended use. The machine was not tested under load. Used with 55 and 80 cm paddles. After servicing and repair of storage-related wear, the unit will be ready for operation.
