We currently have a modular container facility for sale, which has been used for residential purposes since 04/2023. The facility consists of various container types, such as WC containers, shower containers, residential containers (single & double), recreation and kitchen containers (double), as well as storage and technical containers.

The facility is being sold either as a whole, in segments, or as individual containers. The units have various fittings, which can be included on request.

The containers are available for inspection immediately.

Furthermore, we can arrange delivery and/or on-site assembly for an additional fee and by arrangement. For larger projects, as an owner-managed and engineer-led general contractor for turnkey solutions, we offer support from planning and permit application to construction and assembly.
