The truck lifting platform is a state-of-the-art multi-ram system with two lifting units, one of which is mobile. Delivered as a pre-assembled plug & play complete system in an installation cassette, the platform has already been tested, ensuring quick and straightforward commissioning.

Design and Safety:
The telescopic lifting units offer exceptionally high bending resistance and torsional rigidity, as per EN 1493, thanks to the innovative square SQUARE rams. The square rams are torsion-resistant and feature a long-life, special nickel-coated gliding surface, minimizing maintenance and extending service life. The internally housed double safety hydraulic cylinder system provides additional stability and protection. The entire ram guidance system is designed to be insensitive and low-maintenance. Operational safety is ensured by two separate hydraulic circuits as well as electronic pressure and leak monitoring.

Operation and Control:
The lift is operated via a portable control unit with touchscreen, displaying all relevant data and information clearly. Electronic synchronicity control guarantees even lifting, regardless of the support position. A signal lamp assists safe raising and lowering. A battery-powered emergency lowering is integrated in the event of power failure.

Equipment and Flexibility:
The platform features an extremely robust roll-over cover made of aluminium profile segments with a non-slip surface, suitable for wheel loads of up to 7,000 kg and a width of 930 mm. The flexible plug-in support system allows the accommodation of very wide and low-profile vehicles. A CE-compliant crush and shear protection device provides added safety.
