Chassis:
Robust welded structure, made of high-strength fine-grained steel plates, torsion-free welding. Longitudinal and cross beams form a level with the main frame, ensuring high floor load capacity thanks to short support distances. Support: 3 crank supports each at the front and rear, right and left (central operation on the right for lifting and lowering).

According to StVZO guidelines, protected installation. 5-chamber rear lights integrated into underrun guard, Euro plug, 15-pin socket, 2 red position lights above the rear portal. ABS with connecting cable. 2 marker lights on underrun guard. Clearance lights mounted right and left on rear stanchions.
Floor:
Made of 24 mm thick vehicle construction panels, underside film-coated against moisture ingress, top with anti-slip screen-printed surface, laid flat, circumferentially sealed.
Front Wall:
Made of special vehicle-grade plastic panels, closed right up to the roof, with a centrally-laid vertical strut.
Side Walls:
ZIKUN folding swing mechanism.
Continuous sideboard, horizontally split. Folding down the lower sideboard mechanically swings the upper part onto the roof. The lever kinematics, supported by tension springs, is attached to the front wall so that there are no mechanical components in the loading area or corner stakes. Power transmission via a torsion tube in the roof allows smooth and even movement of sideboards in all positions. Important: When open, the lower sideboard stands upright alongside the vehicle. Smooth, obstruction-free entry at the front wall. Upper sideboards made of special 25 mm aluminum composite panels. Center lock mounted right and left.
Roof:
Fixed roof made of steel roof bows with permanently adhered aluminum sheets, exterior powder-coated in white RAL 9010.
Impact Protection:
Welded-on steel bump strips on both sides as forklift collision protection.
