Standard equipment Sweeper

Controls: Main control panel mounted in the centre of the cab with JVM for displaying information on a wide range of sweeper functions, plus download function for recorded data. The JVM screen can also display images from up to four cameras. A separate control console with palm rest for controlling main sweeping functions is mounted by the door.

Suction fan: Variable suction speed from 1,800 rpm to 3,500 rpm to adapt to different applications.

V65t: Higher gearbox ratio: 1.79:1

Disc brush (gutter brush): Quick-change brush system with variable sweeping speed up to 160 rpm (controllable from the cab). Highly visible signal yellow brush disc and hose guidance.

Suction nozzle: Aluminium die-cast suction nozzle with 250 mm inlet diameter and tool-free adjustment.

Dust suppression system: Spray nozzles for dust binding located at suction nozzle(s), disc brushes and along the front of the vehicle. "Pressadrain" water recycling system. EUnited 4-star certification PM10.

Electrics: 24 V. All external harness connectors meet IP67 protection class requirements.

External noise / sound power level:
- LWA 108 dB(A) for engines with standard output, measured according to EC Directive 2000/14/EC.
- LWA 112 dB(A) for high-performance engines, measured according to EC Directive 2000/14/EC.

Debris container: The superstructure consists of the debris container and integrated water tank. Made of highly robust stainless steel. Waterproof rear door locking system with safety lock and drainage function. Two lateral service doors and side storage compartments. A water strainer allows using the debris container as a large water tank for street washing. Standard features include rear discharge flap, automatic multi-stage debris container support, two protected rear LED beacons, and LED work lights.

Water tank: The tank, equipped with anti-slosh baffles, can be filled via a hydrant of type 'A'. The double diaphragm pump is suitable for continuous operation and even dry running. Water volume 1,545 l (optional 2,000 l).

Exhaust air hood: The smooth exhaust hood is lined with frequency-optimized sound insulation.
