The V-shaped, galvanized drawbar withstands high dynamic loads. It is made of profiled galvanized sheet, which increases its reliability and allows you to protect the bundle of electrical installations from external damage.

The entire trailer chassis is made of profiled galvanized sheet, contributing to easy handling and lightweight construction.

The trailer floor consists of multi-layer laminated plywood with a thickness of 9 mm and an anti-slip coating. Resistant to wear and moisture.

The side panels are made of galvanized steel sheet with additional profiling for reinforcement. Reinforcement ribs improve the resistance of the sides to dynamic and impact loads. The tailgate can be opened. Reinforced side hooks from the manufacturer KNOTT are installed on the side walls.

There are integrated lashing loops (4 pieces) on the trailer sidewalls for securing the load.

The torsion suspension ensures a stable, smooth ride with varying trailer loads. The built-in torsion axles are from KNOTT.

The axle is designed for a load of 1,350 kg; the hubs are equipped with protective caps, and the bearings require no additional lubrication or adjustment over their entire service life.

The electrical installation uses overmoulded automotive wiring with overmoulded plugs and bayonet connectors. A 7-pin plug is installed. The entire electrical system on the trailer is from Aspöck.

Corrosion protection through galvanization is significantly more effective than other forms of metal surface protection. It offers reliable protection against corrosion on external surfaces as well as internal cavities of the structure, thus significantly extending the service life of the trailer.
