The V-shaped, galvanised drawbar is designed to withstand high dynamic loads. Made from profiled galvanised sheet metal, it increases reliability and protects the electrical harness bundle from external damage.

The entire trailer chassis is constructed from profiled, galvanised sheet metal, contributing to easy handling and lightweight construction.

The trailer floor is made of multi-layered laminated plywood, 9 mm thick, with an anti-slip coating. Resistant to abrasion and moisture.

The sides are made from galvanised steel sheet with additional profiling for reinforcement. Reinforcing ribs improve the side panels' resistance to dynamic and impact loads. The tailgate can be opened. Reinforced KNOTT side hooks are fitted on the side walls.

Integrated lashing points (4 pcs) are located in the trailer's side walls.

The torsion suspension ensures stable, smooth travel under varying trailer loads. The axles are torsion axles from KNOTT.

The axle is rated for a load of 750 kg; the hubs are fitted with protective caps and the bearings are maintenance-free for life.

The electrical system uses overmoulded automotive cable with overmoulded connectors and bayonet connections, fitted with a 7-pin plug. The entire trailer electricals are supplied by Aspöck.

Galvanising provides far more effective corrosion protection than other metal surface treatments. It offers reliable protection against corrosion for both external surfaces and internal hollow sections of the structure, significantly extending the trailer's service life.
