Steel frame welded construction – ultra-lightweight design.
Neck height approx. 200 mm.
Fifth wheel plate with interchangeable 2" kingpin.
Frame reinforcement for point loads of 25 tonnes over 2 m when retracted.
Main frame pre-stressed approx. 30–50 mm.
U-profile outer frame, 6 mm thick (140/70/5 mm), designed as punched hole frame with 40 mm diameter perforations.
Vehicle with extendable central frame, extension length approx. 7,500 mm, each locked pneumatically.
Sliding intermediate support approx. 300 mm wide, fixed-mounted – front installation dimension matched to front corner measurement of 2,040 mm.
Aluminium underride guard.
Landing gears:
Mechanical 24 t landing gears with single-side operation and compensation.
Axles and tires:
BPW air suspension axles, 9 t axle load each, airbag diameter 360 mm.
